Vermont Works For Women

Vermont Works for Women promotes economic justice by advancing gender equity and supporting women and youth at every stage of their career journeys. Vermont Works for Women provides career exploration programs and events for middle and high school girls and gender-expansive* youth, employment and career services for individuals 16+ through 1-on-1 coaching and virtual workshops, skilled trades training for women and gender-expansive folks, employment and re-entry services for incarcerated women, gender equity services for employers and schools, and testimony to the legislature on policies and budgets impacting Vermont women and youth.
