Hotel Vermont

Hotel Vermont opened its doors in May 2013 as Burlington’s independent, hotel with an ideal downtown location between the waterfront and the Church Street Marketplace, offering guests an authentic, local experience steeped in the heritage, artisan skills, local agriculture, and materials indigenous to Vermont and the region. The hotel features spaces that effectively blend both comfort and productivity while exuding casual warmth, sustainability, and Vermont authenticity. Locally designed, developed, owned and operated, the LEED-certified hotel welcomes guests and the community, with a street-level lobby with wood-burning hearth, granite-clad elevators and reclaimed red oak flooring, and 125 bedrooms laid out with hardwood floors, indulgent bedding, and luxury baths. “Juniper”, the hotel’s local ingredient driven bar and restaurant, serves breakfast as well as small plates and shared dishes, local beer and wine, and farm-to-bar cocktails with Vermont distilled products.
